  1. Where's my order?

You can track your order at Pos Laju Website. Grab your tracking number from your shipping confirmation email from us and put in the 'Tracking number' in the box on their 'Track & Trace' box provided. If you've got any questions, get in touch with us via email at inquiry@schawal.com

 

  1. What's your returns policy?

NO REFUND policy for our company however you can EXCHANGE but not applicable to beauty products, accessories, bags, shawls, inners, T-shirt, pre-order and sale items.

All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. If you choose to exchange you purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.

If you need to exchange something, make sure all the tags are on, and the item is exactly as you received it. You need to get it back to us within 7 days from the date on your dispatch note. For those abroad, you’ve got 30 days from the date on your dispatch note.

 

  1. How do I return my order?

Easy!

 

 

First, notify us of your intend to exchange.

Then, after receiving a reply & confirmation from our side do fill up the return form provided in your package. Repack the item with all the tags still attached (unworn garments).

Finally, post it off! Make sure you get proof of postage and keep it safe!

 

                                    

Our working hours are weekdays from 9:30am to 6:30pm. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied in the morning of the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered.
